Estée Lauder has a new spring collection arriving soon called Exotic Spring. (Just look at those orchids in Gwyneth Paltrow’s hair!)

We’re totally excited about this because 1) Shimmer Powders! and 2) Holy Freaking Cream Blush, Batman!

One of our favorite products from 2006 was Estée Lauder’s Brilliant All-Over Shimmer Powder and this collection brings us two new shades: Rose Quartz and Coral Sand. This makes us very happy indeed.

And making its debut in this collection is Tender Blush Sheer Stick,
a creamy color for cheeks and face that comes in eight translucent colors to brighten any complexion: Pearl, Pink, Rose, Plum, Coral, Natural, Copper and Bronze.

You’ll also find new Pure Color Eyeshadows in Jade, Ivory Box, Honey Drop and Bronze.

We never thought we’d love another Chanel eyeshadow quad as much as Winternights, but take a look at this:

Demure is a new palette of matte and softly shimmering neutral pink, brown and peach tones.

The entire collection is beyond lovely, but we are especially excited about Lumiére D’Artifices, a trio of iridescent pearl, sparkling anthracite and shimmering gold powder shadows. In other words, the Queen of All Shimmer Powders.

If Santa does not leave this in our stocking this year, we might have to hunt him down and remind him that he has been on FOUR fishing trips since September and he has no idea how dismal our life would be without this shimmer powder.

Back in October we told you about Estée Lauder’s new holiday collection, Holiday Spirit, and how we couldn’t wait to get our hands on Golden Nude Pure Color Crystal Lipstick. Remember that?

Well, just in time for the upcoming festivities, the Holiday Spirit collection is finally ours and honestly, we can’t stop admiring its magnificence.

You already know that we go ga-ga over shimmer powders, but we are literally over the moon with this one.

It is gorgeously sheer and luminous and has a special reserved seat in the front row of our Makeup Bag this season.

Joining our Brilliant Shimmer Powder in this most coveted position is Golden Nude Pure Color Crystal Gloss. If Heaven came in a tube, this would be it. At first glance, it appears too gold-y for our liking but we gave it a chance anyway (we’re sweet like that) and were surprised that this shimmery golden nude color looks not gold-y at all on us but is a rather elegant shade that has instantly become our favorite.
