A new primer
NARS has launched a new Makeup Primer with SPF which promises to soothe and hydrate while improving
skin’s overall texture and quality and creating a perfect canvas for your favorite powder or liquid foundation.
During the moisture-robbing winter months, our skin needs all the extra hydration it can get.
And? Sun protection, girls! (Don’t be fooled into thinking the sun’s harmful rays aren’t penetrating through that cloud front.)
