Bath & Body Works Joyful Wishes

vanilla bean noel
This frothy set of sugary bath and body treats will thrill anyone who wants a hint of a sweet scent.

I personally have a love/hate relationship with Vanilla Bean Noel: I delight in its sugary goodness but tire of it quickly. That said, it has an almost cult-like following and a devoted fan base that cannot get enough of its vanilla bean, caramel and cream notes.

This caddy totes a perfectly portioned dose of the fragrance – it includes a hand soap and body lotion, a great way to savor its sweet scent without overloading your senses.

Bath & Body Works Joyful Wishes is available from Bath & Body Works for $15.

Soapy goodness

Last November, while attending the International Spa Association conference, we fell in love with Mistral soaps.

Initially, we received a travel size bar of their South Seas Shea Butter Soap while visiting their booth in the exhibit area, and for the next three days had to restrain ourself from taking six showers a day just to lather our skin one more time in its gloriousness.

When we got home, we immediately placed an order for several more of their Shea Butter Soaps (at $2.75 each, you can try them all and not feel guilty!) and some Verbena Hand Soap.

We had intended to give the soap as a gift to an office mate, but after one sniff of its lemon fresh zestiness we had to keep it for ourself.

We have to admit, it’s kind of weird to get all excited about hand soap, but this is beyond fab. We’ve seen this soap at Anthropologie, Nordstrom and online at Mistralsoap.com.
