Johnson’s Baby Oil Body Wash

It seems crazy that my baby is 9 years old, yet I still have a plethora of baby products around the house BUT I CAN’T HELP MYSELF.

Babies are the most delicious smelling creatures in all the land and since I no longer have one readily available to sniff whenever I please, I have to get my fix somewhere.

Enter Johnson’s Baby Oil Body Wash. Don’t let the name fool you, even though it’s full of moisturizing baby oil, this super rich and creamy body wash is not greasy at all and lathers up nicely. It is always on hand in my shower giving my skin all the moisture it needs to be as soft as a baby’s bottom (and smelling just as sweet!).

If you have an actual baby to use it on, BONUS.

Johnson’s Baby Oil Body Wash is available at drugstore’s and markets nationwide or online at Target.com.

Philosophy Pineapple Coconut Shampoo, Shower Gel & Bubble Bath

philosophy pineapple coconut

I have been on the hunt for that perfect Pina Colada scent reminiscent of my very favorite beachy cocktail. Can this one perfectly replicate the frosty, frothy scent of creamy coconut milk and fresh, juicy pineapple, sans calories?

The scent is “infused with the essence of pure, refreshing coconut juice and a hint of pineapple.” Perfect to pack for a weekend at the beach as it’s a shampoo, shower gel and bubble bath all in one! It certainly sounds like my holy grail, no?

Philosophy Pineapple Coconut Shampoo, Shower Gel & Bubble Bath is available from Philosophy for $16.

Breathe High Lather Moisture Wash

breathe
It seems as though my skin becomes drier on a daily basis, so I’m beyond intrigued by this soap-free Breathe High Lather Moisture Wash I spotted online, which claims to produce a superior lather all the while hydrating skin with vitamin E, pro-vitamin B5, white tea and shea butter.

The formula is delicately scented with Vanilla Milk, one of my very favorites!

Available from Bath & Body Works for $12.50.

What’s in My Shower: November Edition

whats in my shower november

So technically it’s not November anymore. Can you believe?

How does time slip away from me like so? As I’m lying in bed, battling my cold, I realized I didn’t share what’s in my shower for the month of November.

L’Occitane Amande Shower Oil

Every winter I bust out this shower oil because it’s so moisturizing and smells delicious. Funny thing is, I haven’t bought this since 2007 when I stocked up during a Sephora Friends & Family sale. Come to my house and I won’t have any back stock of canned goods or paper towels, but I have enough L’Occitane Amande Shower Oil to last me until 2013.

Molton Brown Celestial Maracuja Sugar Polish ($60)

I received a sample of this scrub during an event at Fashion Week a few seasons ago and I’ve repurchased it twice since (mainly because Janey won’t keep her paws off it!). The sugar is coarse so be sure to stir well with your finger as it tends to settle at the bottom of the jar. I absolutely adore how this makes my skin feel and smell.

Nexxus Diametress Shampoo & Sublime Volume Conditioner

I picked up this shampoo & conditioner at Walmart last month. Many times I choose my shampoo much like I choose my football teams—based on looks and looks alone. These sleek bottles caught my eye and they’ve been working great on my fine hair.

I know I have a new face wash in there, too, but I’m feeling feverish and weak and just can’t get off my butt to go see what it is. Next time, I promise!
