Not to bore you with my recent shoe purchases or anything, but I found these Matt Bernson Delphine sandals at HSN several weeks ago for a great price and I’ve been wearing them to death.

I love that they’re suede and have tiny gold studs that makes them more special than wearing flip-flops. (Here in Kauai, it could easily be all flip-flops ALL THE TIME.) Plus, the small wedge heel means I get to be an inch taller!

Ever since I tried on a pair of Pedro Garcia sandals (shown below) at Nordstrom in Santa Monica last February, I have been obsessed with the brand.

However, as beautiful and comfortable as these Pedro Garcia Demi Suede Platform Sandals were, the nearly-$500 price tag was not:

Six months later, I’m browsing Zappos.com and find a similar pair (platforms, suede, uber-comfortable straps) at a much more affordable price.

These black suede Pedro Garcia Tempe Wedges are my new closet favorites. I like them even more than the original pair I tried on. They are sky-high, go with everything and didn’t break the bank!

Lately I’ve been shopping for shoes online like crazy.

It might be that I’ve been using Janey’s iPad, which makes shopping online very easy. I find myself shopping when I normally would be daydreaming or killing time by excessively refreshing my Twitter stream on my iPhone (standing in line at the bank, waiting for a dentist appointment, relaxing in the bathtub…).

By now you’ve surely heard of TOMS Shoes, a company that gives a pair of new shoes to a child in need for every pair of TOMS purchased, but you probably associate them with the simple, canvas slip-on flats that they are widely known for and not these super cute wedge heels.

The suede insole with rubber cushion make these 3 1/4″ heels ultra comfy and way more chic than the classic TOMS. I love these wedges in red canvas but there’s several adorable patterns and colors to choose from…and knowing that a child gets a new pair of shoes because of my purchase makes every step sweeter.
