Making our list…

Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb Extreme

Back in August we sniffed a bottle of Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb at a Nordstrom in Spokane, Washington and instantly fell in love.

When the bottle we ordered arrived a week later, our daughter Bailey staked her claim, announcing that we have too many bottles of perfume anyway, so what’s one less bottle? Even though we refused to hand it over to her (what 13-year-old has a bottle of $100 perfume?!) she has somehow managed to wear it every single day since.

Initially, we thought we’d hide the bottle, but 1) that never works—our girls can sniff out hidden beauty products like German Shephards in a crack house with a search warrant, 2) we’re actually enjoying the way it smells on her. In fact, it probably smells better on her than it does us (but we’re not willing to admit it).

Today we saw this bottle of Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb Extreme and we’re dying to have it. Seeing that it’s Extreme, we’re thinking we might like it better than the original. Also, its Limited Edition, which gets us every time.

Now we just need to figure out how we’re going to keep it away from Bailey.

Flowerbomb

Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb

Lately we’ve been drawn to gourmand fragrances that are deliciously sweet and Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb suits our mood perfectly.

While it’s described as an explosion of flowers (hence the name), on us it’s a wonderfully rich vanilla with a bit of marshmallow that’s not at all overpowering or sickeningly sweet.

Many of our friends disagree (the sweetness is too much for them), but for us—it’s love.
