Daily Style: Carolina Herrera Sleeveless Floral-Print Sundress

ch summer dress

I have a love/hate relationship with colorful floral patterns. As a rule, I love them on others but kind of hate them on myself.

One look at this divine frock tells me I shouldn’t let others have all the fun! It is absolutely gorgeous and not nearly as busy as some of the other florals that frighten me so.

I love that the silhouette is exceptionally simple, leaving room for the colorful pattern to take center stage.

Carolina Herrera Sleeveless Floral-Print Sundress is available from Saks Fifth Avenue for $495.

Daily Style: Trish McEvoy Wild Blueberry Vanilla Scented Candle

trish mcevoy candle

Trish McEvoy candles rarely disappoint, so while I’m not entirely sure how she’s managed to capture the essence of wild blueberries (one of my favorite indulgences in life!) in a candle, I’m feeling optimistic!

This candle would make a beautiful gift; the presentation is exceptionally timeless and elegant.

Trish McEvoy Wild Blueberry Vanilla Scented Candle is available from Nordstrom for $48.

Erno Laszlo “Firmarine Blue” Treatment Bar

erno laszlo
As a rule, I gravitate toward liquid/cream cleansers, but if I had to use a bar, I think this Erno Laszlo “Firmarine Blue” Treatment Bar would be my choice!

I love the bright cerulean color – from the image, it almost looks more like a perfume bottle than a cleansing bar. The bar promises visibly firmer, smoother skin and touts itself as a “gentle cleanising treatment bar that not only removes dirt and oil without dehydrating, but also provides long-term skin rejuvenation.”

Erno Laszlo “Firmarine Blue” Treatment Bar is available from Nordstrom for $39.

Daily Style: Catch and Release Scarf

catch and release

I feel like I’ve been getting a little ahead of myself with my longing for summer – I keep forgetting the fact that spring is one of my favorite seasons too!

At this moment, I can’t stop thinking about this Catch and Release Scarf I spotted on Anthropologie’s website: even though it’s pastel, it still seems vibrant and would look outstanding with my favorite stone-colored spring jacket.

Catch and Release Scarf is available in Sky, Steel Gray, Celery and Soft Pink from Anthropologie for $32 each.
