Last weekend reality television star Kim Kardashian celebrated her 29th birthday at Tao in Las Vegas (her real birthday is October 21st).

This weekend was homecoming and, as always, my friends came over to my house to get ready for the festivities.
My dress this year was a chiffon trapeze dress that had a high, beaded neckline. Because the neckline was the focus of the dress, I wanted to wear my hair in a pretty up-do.

I was so nervous because I haven’t had much luck with up-dos in the past, but this time my hair came out exactly as I wanted it to! I did my signature super-smoky eye with tons of lashes and a pale lip (just like Eva Longoria’s makeup above).
