Her peach-toned blush and lip gloss look so pretty against her new dark hair. I love how her eyes are only lined on the upper lashes, giving her a gorgeous girl-next-door look.

I love the super-clean, fresh-faced look that Miranda Cosgrove is wearing on the MTV Movie Awards red carpet tonight in Los Angeles.
She’s only 16 years old, so it’s nice to see that her makeup is age-appropriate.
Her dress on the other hand? Not so much:
While this dress is very pretty, it just seems a little “old” for this darling iCarly star.

I must say, the kohl-rimmed eyes look super sexy, the hair color is gorgeous, but I’m just not feeling the hairstyle! I know the MTV Movie awards are kinda casual, but I would’ve liked to see Rumer at least look like she made an effort with her hair.
