I have one by essie that Ive had for at least 2 years already and it looks brand new. Its about $10, but not bad at all cause you never need to replace it.... except if you dropped it(like i did) then it cracks cause its glass. But I love how it looks brand new all the time, just run it under water and all the nail marks on it will disappear. I got a really cute one with a case at a beauty supply store and it got ripped up as well. However, I went to Sally's last week and got a cheapo pink file and a cheapo buffer block, and they are the best ones I have ever used!
