Lancome Spring 2009: Pink Irreverence

Pink Irreverence is the latest color collection from Lancôme‘s new artistic director for Makeup, Aaron De Mey.

This collection pairs spring pinks agains rebellious blacks and potent shine against pure matte textures. The pinks are reminiscent of Lancôme’s iconic rose, while the deep black shades are evocative of the Piha volcanic black beaches of Aaron’s native homeland of New Zealand. Products are meant to be layered to create an array of stunning looks.

  • I want that black nail polish but I already have a few that are black & sparkly so I will probably save my $$$. I can’t imagine it being that different than the ones I already have. This looks like a fun collection though!

  • I bought the nail polish in Piha Black as well as the Piha Black Lipshine. I really love this whole collection!

  • Love this spring collection very dramatic and fun…Reminds me of the 80’s when fashion was flirtatious and sexy, hair was softer and romantic, also with ponytails. the colours make you complexion come alive.
