Giveaway: NEW! Vera Wang LOOK
I like to think I have a lot in common with Vera Wang. We’re both Asian, we both have daughters… and, well, that’s a lot, right?
You see, if I can convince myself that we’re soul sisters of sorts, I might be able to trick myself into thinking I have a teensy bit of her amazing style. (Did you know Vera was once a senior fashion editor for Vogue?)
Because Vera and I are “likethis” her fragrances seem to be made just for me. My husband bought me a bottle of Vera Wang Signature when it first came out in 2002 and I fell in love. Since then, I’ve tried every new fragrance in her collection and love them all (my favorites have been Truly Pink and Bouquet).
Now, Vera Wang has a new fragrance called LOOK and it’s even better than I hoped it would be.
“A sparkling elixir of mandarin and watery greens are layered with lush notes of lychee and golden delicious apple, filling the top note with a burst of energy and freshness. Oh, that’s easy! Vera Wang the Fragrance (the one that started it all) is my favorite. My mother bought me a bottle when I graduated high school, and I treasure it for that reason. However, it does something amazing on my skin – and I just love the way it smells on me! Plus, the bottle is classy, and looks fab on my dresser, even after all these years (okay…8 years…).

I LOVE Princess with my whole heart. For the packaging (gorgeous!), the name (OH HAI, I’M A PRINCESS!!!), and it just doesn’t get any better than that scent.

I havent had a chance to try the new LOOK fragrance, however I absolutely love the original Vera Wang fragrance. It is so classic and lady-like… Sheer Veil was nice as well but it didnt last too long on me:( And I didnt care much for a Princess- it was too sweet for me… I would love to try the new LOOK:)

this is going to sound strange but my personal fave is Vera Wang for men, bc it’s the one my hubby wore to our wedding and it smells amazing!!!

So far, I haven’t had the pleasure of trying a Vera Wang scent, but from the description you posted of LOOK!, it sounds delicious!

I love princess floral, tried the regular princess but smelled rather old grandma and super strong. Havent been able to smell any others as my local department store is rather poopy lols

I just love Signature! I carry it along with me everywhere because I can’t get enough of the unique and sensual fragnance. A feminine touch to a soft and lasting smell, what more can a girl ask for!

I like all the Vera Wang fragrances, but from the descriptions that I have read of “Look” (haven’t actually smelled it yet), I think this might just become my signature scent! It sounds as if it has a quiet elegance that is what I prefer in a perfume.

I thought about fibbing and just naming one of the perfumes but I’ve really not ever smelled a Vera Wang fragrance. I do love her style, though, and I’d love to try Look.
