MAC Starflash

MAC Starflash

We have been waiting for the new MAC Starflash collection to hit counters because we’re dying to get our hands on Smoke & Diamonds , a frosty dirty taupe shadow.

We’ve heard mixed reviews on its greatness, but we’ve never met a Taupe we didn’t like (especially a dirty one. Ha!) so disappointment seems unlikely.

Here’s the breakdown of shades:

  • Star by Night Frosty midtone blue
  • Talent Pool Frosty blue green with gold pearl
  • Smoke & Diamonds Frosty dirty taupe
  • Top Hat Frosty dirty indigo
  • Lotusland Frosty pinky lavender with gold pearl
  • Sunset B. Frosty clean midtone pink
  • Bold & Brazen Frosty light copper
  • Grand Entrance Frosty neutral peach beige
  • Glamour Check! Frosty reddish brown
  • Mink & Sable Frosty olive green
  • Dreammaker Frosty yellow gold
  • Go Frosted bronze

MAC Starflash is currently available at MAC counters nationwide and online at maccosmetics.com .

  1. I saw on another blog that a lot of the colors are dupes of some of the MAC colors. I guess for a newbie to MAC its a good thing but for the hard core MAC peeps, it isn’t that exciting.

I will still check it out though…LOL

  2. I got Smoke & Diamonds last week. It is ah-”freakin”-mazing!
The formula is wonderful soft & creamy I hope MAC makes more colors in this formula. As for the color? I’m an admitted taupe hoor and find it to be one of my new faves!

  3. I got five of these today and the formula is sooo nice and smooth, the colors are really different in my opinion, they have a certain sparkle to them, each color is just so pretty. Lotusland I think is the best color out of all of them, something I haven’t seen in a MAC color and Grand Entrance is just gorgeous, go out and get these ladies before they sell out!!!
