Way-to-go! I am going to get weighed tomorrow at Jenny Craig. After a week of vacation I’m not too hopeful about the outcome. But, I was pretty in-control this week, way better than any other vacation in recent memory!!

Congrats on the three pound loss! Hopefully the new cardio routine will make it even better. I know how hard it is to stick with an exercise plan, lol! If only it were easier.

Good job Erika! Thats one of my favorite healthy snacks too! And sometimes it’s easier to keep up with working out if you shoot for everyday, rather than a few times a week – I find that it makes it more of a habit.
