I’m totally with you–I’m my own colorist as well. I usually use Superior Preference by L’oreal but I used the Clairol Perfect 10 last time and LOVED IT so I’m going to stick with that from now on.

I just finished reading the article, and I’m getting in to makeupbag.net because of it. I agree myself with the article, for I will not spend $200 that I do not have on professionals, so they are useless to me. It’s a waste to spend money in a salon if you can get the same lustrous results at home, for only $14. I totally agree with your quote, Ericka Valente. I can’t believe you have four kids, a full-time job, and STILL have time to do this beauty blog! Like you, I love Clairol Perfect 10 Nice ‘n Easy hair color.
