Makeup Bag at Kate Somerville
On a recent trip to Los Angeles, I stopped into the Kate Somerville clinic on Melrose Avenue for a life-changing facial. (You think I’m kidding, but I’m totally not.)
A favorite of celebrities and beauty editors alike, Kate Somerville offers unparalleled products and services in an atmosphere so charming, I can’t stop talking about it. My friends and family are sick of hearing about the clinic’s gorgeous fabrics and wall paper, the amazing treatment I received (esthetician, Mandy, surely mistook me for a celebrity), and the way the pores in my skin suddenly became invisible—invisible—after an hour in Mandy’s care. Yesterday, my friend Rachel told me to just shut up already after I gushed for the sixteenth time about how amazing the Kate Somerville Protect SPF 30 Sunscreen smells.
After settling into my treatment room, Mandy talked me through each step of the facial process and offered tips on how to maintain healthy skin between appointments (hint: Clarisonic Skincare Brush combined with Kate Somerville Gentle Daily Wash).
I also learned of the many services and procedures the clinic offers including injectables like botox and fillers and laser treatments like Laser Genesis and Solar Genesis for treating wrinkles, sun spots and age spots.
The next time you’re in LA, stop in and say hello to Mandy and be prepared to walk out with the best skin your face has ever seen. (And don’t be surprised if you recognize the wall paper from my newly-renovated living room.)
Kate Somerville Skin Health Experts can be found at 8428 Melrose Place in Los Angeles, by phone at (323) 655-7546, or online at katesomerville.com.

I’ve always wanted to go there. I love the products that I have tried from the line.

No, it’s not my wallpaper. That photo is from their waiting room. But I LOVE it so much! There’s also an orange floral downstairs that is to die for. I should just move in, lol

Erika–
I can vouch–it IS a life changing facial! The Kate Sommerville products rock! I LOVE the Quench serum–my skin, which is dry and can get red–has never looked better!

Very informative article – I’m sure there’s even more good stuff to come ^^ If you don’t mind me asking, which WP theme do you have on this site? I’d love to know if it’s custom or not.
