Happy Thanksgiving!

This week has been crazy as we try to catch up from being away.

There has been a post from Bree in our in-box since last Monday (she was having technical problems and sent over her mascara review for us to post, which we haven’t done yet!), we have piles of paperwork on our desk, and the laundry is kind of taking over the first floor of our house.

And now we’re heading out again.

This time we’re vising family for Thanksgiving. We’ll be working remotely, so we hope to catch up on all our great product reviews from the last week or so.

Wishing you and your family a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday!

Space.NK

Space.NK Bath Tablets

Even though we had ZERO time to shop in New York, we somehow managed to pick up these amazing bath tablets from Space.NK.

Our first time ever in the store, we could have easily spent three hours browsing the aisles of brands personally hand-picked by founder Nicky Kinnaird. If you ever have an opportunity to shop at Space.NK, you MUST!

We’ve had to hide these bath tablets (twice!) from our kindergartner who thinks we got them just for her. (There are times in life when a mother has to be selfish and this is one of them.)

We bought these in Enrapture, a wonderful tuberose, ylang ylang, blackcurrant bud and orange blossom scent, and Compelling, a delightful mix of Moroccan Rose, fresh lychee, bergamot and crisp green geranium—but they are also available in Soulful (sandalwood, rose and lily of the valley) and Laughter (lime, rosemary, juniper and spicy ginger).

These tablets will transform your bathtime.

Beauty Editors, one and all

Annie, Fiona, Erika, Amy

Left to right: Annie, Fiona, Erika, Amy

When we started this website in August 2006, we jokingly called ourself Beauty Editor because 1) we never imagined people would actually read it, and 2) being the founder, CEO, majority shareholder, and head honcho—we can call ourself whatever the hell we want.

Needless to say, it feels incredibly surreal to see ourself in this photo with Allure beauty director Amy Keller and Allure Web editor Fiona Gibb.

These girls are just as sweet as they are gorgeous!
