Mix a high-pigmented powder eyeshadow in black (or your desired shade) with water or a liquid eyeliner sealer. Then draw on in small strokes with a fine brush (this is easier than trying to steady your hand in one long stroke). A tip: use a strip of sticky tape as a line guide, then peel off for a perfectly straight line!
