Lancome Fall 2007: Mystery Game

Lancome Fall 2007 Mystery Game

We’ve been getting some sneak peeks at upcoming fall collections and simultaneously experiencing heart palpitations.

The clever folks at Lancôme, specifically their international artistic director, Gucci Westman, came up with a Fall 2007 color collection called Mystery Game, inspired by Agatha Christie’s “Murder on the Orient Express.”

Full of grandeur, romance and mystery, this luxuriously packaged collection features (are you ready?) a DESTINY CUBE! This game piece will determine your destiny for the day while secretly holding eyeshadow, lipstick and gloss — for, you know, touching up in the middle of your “game.”

Also, if you’re wondering what that mysterious pink circle above is (to the right of the Destiny Cube), so were we! Gucci calls it her “bubble balm,” a cushiony lip conditioner that massages into your lips before lipstick or all by itself as a shimmery balm. Baiser Baume will be available in one limited edition color: Rose Marshmallow.

Mystery Game will be available beginning September 2007 at, Lancôme boutiques, and Lancôme counters nationwide.
