In short, my naturally straight black hair is now curled (through a permanent perm), bright red, and highlighted. I do wash my hair everyday, and I blow dry my hair most of the time with a diffuser. My stylist told me to use a small dollop of this once a week. My hair is still soft and doesn't look damaged at all. Oh, I color my hair every 6 weeks, and highlight every 12 weeks, so I go great lengths to keep my hair hydrated and healthy.
