No need to spend $35 on this brush, ladies…just head down to your local art and craft supply store and check out the fan brushes! Paintbrushes and makeup brushes are pretty much the same, just packaged differently; many are made with the exact same fibers, such as Taklon, Sable or Nylon fibers.
I’ve been using paint brushes as makeup brushes for years and I always wince when I see cosmetics companies selling $5-$10 paintbrushes for $20-$50. I swear, the best lip brush I’ve ever used is a Loew-Cornell Golden Taklon #2 Filbert that I got for a few bucks!
