The quickest way to brighten our face in the drab, depressing winter months is to apply a bright, cheery lipstick.

Our favorites of late have been Clinique Pink Chocolate, Shiseido Rouge Irise SL8 (shimmering berry), and MAC Mystic (brick red).

Bright or dark lipstick can be tricky, and sometimes (after a few hours of wear) we look like we’ve been making out all morning (not an especially flattering visual for our co-workers.)

Is it springtime yet?

Lately the sight of our whiter than pasty-white legs is kind of scaring us. A glimpse of our ankle as we crossed our legs during a meeting this week was enough to send us right out for a remedy.
