(Think of the area where you would apply eye cream, and apply illuminator just below that.) The illuminator will highlight this area and bring shimmer and glowiness to your face. It's amazing what this one little trick can do! Also, apply illuminator last. If you try to put powder over it, the color will grab and look splotchy.
