Like silk, only better

Philosophy SupernaturalEven though mineral makeup is all the rage, and our aesthetician has been trying to get us to ‘convert’ for almost 3 years, we have been rather leery of a beauty product that requires 4 steps, a manual and a 20 minute video of the application process.

That is, until we heard of Philosophy’s Supernatural, a one-step mineral makeup that provides sheer coverage, yet leaves skin with a satiny smooth air-brushed appearance. This powder formula with SPF 15 has high pigment and is talc-free, giving skin radiance without clogging pores or irritating sensitive skin.

But, ONE STEP? Who can resist that?

  1. So I have been thinking about trying out some mineral foundation. Have you heard any other buzz about other brands? We don’t get Philosophy here. I am usually a department store snob — but someone told me Neutrogena’s (one step!) foundation is good. But I would love to hear someone else’s opinion. Plus I can’t find the stuff anywhere. Calgary has a million people. Where is our brand selection!

  2. Hi Jenn, I love Neutrogena products but I haven’t tried their one step mineral foundation yet. I can’t believe you don’t have a Sephora in Calgary. Toronto has two!

I’ll let you know if I hear of any other good mineral makeup available in Canada, but if you try the Neutrogena, let me know how it works. Thanks!

  3. Hmmm. I saw this on their website the other day. How does it work with that little puff?

I have a Physician’s Formula mineral powder and that stuff goes everywhere.
